Symptom: The Configurator displays the following error after ten minutes of processing a very large document,"504 Gateway time-out."
Cause
The processing time exceeds the 10 minutes limit for the integration API. There is a limit of 10 minutes in the integration API for any request. If a request takes longer the above error will be thrown.
Solution
In the host system, ensure the processing takes less than 10 minutes.
