Known Issue
When using the Recalculate button, the "The configuration is locked by another user" error is thrown when opening the Configurator. This message only appears if either the Configurator is not able to recalculate or persisting to the host-system (processing) errors. To alleviate this error, do one of the following:

Wait five minutes until the Configurator removes the lock.

Open the Settings Editor of the Configurator site and change the value for setting Concurrent Configuration Lock Timeout to 0 (default value is 300).
