Improved Log Support for Long API URLs

Previously, the Endpoint field in Logs was limited to 255 characters, which could cause log creation to fail when longer API URLs were captured. Logs now support longer API URLs by storing the full URL in the log record, while displaying a truncated version in the UI (252 characters followed by "...").

Support for Salesforce Integration license as User License

Previously, users with the Salesforce Integration license encountered the following error message:

This occurred because the Salesforce Integration license does not include the View Setup and Configuration system permission. This issue has been resolved by supporting the Salesforce Integration license as a user license.
