Cloud Connect Omni Release Notes 26.7.22

Release Date: July 22, 2026

As of Cloud Connect Omni 26.4.29, customers using Cloud Connect CE Release Notes 26.04.8.2 (or later) may notice a minor update to field availability in Process Designer.

Some entity fields that were previously available for mapping may now be marked as read-only based on updated CE metadata (readOnly = true). When a field is marked read-only, it can no longer be selected as a mapping target in Process Designer.

This change aligns field behavior more accurately with CE system permissions. While existing mappings to these fields are unlikely—since read-only CE fields would not have functioned as valid mappings anyway—customers may notice that certain fields are no longer available for new mappings after upgrading.
