Fixed data-type value for BC Note entity

Currently, the data-type value for field 1 of the Note entity is an integer. This has been fixed and the data type for field 1 is changed to a string value.

Prevent Base UoM Updates with Ledger Entries

Experlogix CPQ currently allows changing an item's Base Unit of Measure even when the item has existing ledger entries. This is now fixed and the system displays an error when such a change is attempted, while still allowing Base Unit of Measure changes for items without ledger entries.

User Role Retrieval Enhancement

Added a new getUserRoles procedure to retrieve all Business Central roles assigned to a user using their email address. The procedure returns user details along with permission sets assigned directly to the user and those inherited through security group membership, providing a single API call for role lookup.
